At-Will Powers - Knight/Wizard (Swordmage)

These are spells, really. All are magical (-10%), and require having Magery 0. However, they don't cost FP or tally, and thus cannot be put on an Alternate Ability Array with real spells. 
I really had to stretch the rules to get Aegis of Assault working. I'm not sure if it's works rules as written but at that price, GMs should just give it a break and let it work.

Aegis of Assault [53]

You mark a target within 5 yards for 9 seconds. As long as the target is marked, if the target attacks an ally, you teleport next to the target and make an attack against the target.

Affliction [10], -2 to DX (+20%); Range 10 yards - Attacks (-20%); Range is actually 5y (-10%); Accessibility: Only for Attack Rolls (-20%); Cosmic: no dice roll required (+100%); nuisance effect: only against allies of the caster (-5%); fixed duration - 3 minutes (+0%), Nuisance Effect; Reduced Duration 1/20 (-25%); Linked (+10%); Magic (-10%);

-10-30-10-10-10=-70 25*0.3=7.5 pts

-35-20+100-20+100-50+75-10-10+50=180 10+(10*180%)=28

28+10+15=53

 

Aegis of Shielding [13+2/lv, max 5]

Mark one target within 5 yards for 9 seconds. Whenever that target attacks an ally that is not you, the ally gets +2DR per level.

Damage Resistance 2 [10] with Force Field (+20%), Doubly Aspected: Only in Combat and against attacks of an enemy marked by this ability. (-40%), Accessibility: Cannot use on self (-50%), Directional (Frontal, -20%), and Affects Others (+50%), Ranged (+40%); Reduced Range, 1/10, -30%, Range is actually 5y (-10%); Magic (-10%), Must be wielding a sword (-10%), Reduced Duration 1/20 (-25%); Maximum Duration (-65%).

20-40-50-20+50+40-30-10-10-10-25-65=-150

10+(10*-80%)=2

 

Sword Burst [11]

A sweep of your sword blasts those around you with force. With a ready maneuver, all enemies within 2 yards of you take Thrust crushing damage.

Natural Attack Crushing [5]; Ranged (+100%); Cannot Parry (-40%); Hidden (+20%); single (-20%); Intangible (+50%); Magic (-10%); AoE 2y (+50%); Emanation -20%; Selective Area (+20%); Requires sword (-10%); Aspected: Only in combat (-20%);

100-40+20-20+50-10+50-20+20-10-20=120

5+(5*120%)=11

 

Greenflame Blade [10]

After an attack, you cause 1d6 burn damage to all enemies within 2 yards of your target.

Innate Attack Burn 1d [5], Follow-Up, Universal (+50%); Area of Effect, 2 yards (+50%); Selective Area (+20%), Requires Sword (-10%), Magic (-10%); Nuisance Effect: Cannot be used with other Follow-Up Attacks (-5%).

50+50+20-10-10-5=95

5+(5*95%)=9.75

 

Booming Blade [8]

After an attack, if the target moves away from you, he takes Thrust crushing damage.

Natural Attack Crushing 1d [5], Follow-Up, Universal (+50%); Requires Sword (-10%), Magic (-10%); Nuisance Effect: Cannot be used with other Follow-Up Attacks (-5%); Triggered Delay: target moves away (+50%); Aspected: Only in combat (-20%);

+50-10-10-5+50-20=55

5+(5*55%)=7.75

 

Lightning Lure [9]

You lasso your foe with a leash of lightning, and pull it into range of your blade. Make an attack with an unarmed skill with reach up to 3. If you succeed, target takes thrust lightning damage, and must immediately make a DX check or be pulled 1 yard closer to you.

Natural Attack Burning [5]; Cannot Parry (-40%); Hidden (+20%); single (-20%); Intangible (+50%); Magic (-10%); Requires sword (-10%); Aspected: Only in combat (-20%); Extra Reach 1-3 (+40%);  No incendiary (-10%); Flexible (+30%); Destructive Parry (+40%);

-40+20-20+50-10-10-20+40-10+30+40=70

5+(5*70%)=8.5 

 

Arcane Lance [8]

Make an attack with an unarmed skill with reach of 1,2. If you succeed, target takes 1d6 crushing damage and his movement is reduced by 3.

Innate Attack Crushing 1d6 [5]; Melee Attack Reach 2 (-25%), Cannot Parry -5%, Side Effect: Slow (+15%); Cosmic No Roll Required (100%);  magic (-10%); Required Sword (-10%), Aspected: Only in combat (-20%);

Slow is -3 speed [-15]

-25-5+15+100-10-10-20=45

5+(5*45%)=7.25
